  • Imperial Museum – The museum occupies the Imperial Palace, summer residence of Emperor D. Pedro II and one of his favorite places. The Imperial Museum has the main collection of the country related to the Brazilian Empire, especially the period ruled by D. Pedro II, the Second Reign.
  • Santos Dumont’s House – The Casa de Santos Dumont Museum preserves and disseminates the memory of the father of Brazilian aviation, an engineering genius who revolutionized the world.
  • Cervejaria Bohemia Bar – Bohemia Brewery is the largest beer experience center in the country. Here you take a journey through the history and art of brewing.
  • Palácio Quitandinha – The Palácio or Hotel Quitandinha is a Brazilian palace, located in the Quitandinha neighborhood in the South Zone of Petrópolis. It was built in 1941 by mining entrepreneur Joaquim Rolla, to be the largest hotel casino in South America
  • Catedral São Pedro de Alcântara – The Cathedral of Petrópolis is a neo-Gothic church with a Latin cross with a little pronounced transept and three naves. The headboard has an ambulatory connected to the main chapel
