This is where we’ll start our experience. This is a very traditional Farmers Market with a lot of food options to choose from. Here we’ll try some local street favorites and some sugar cane juice.

Here we’ll visit one of the most visited locations in Rio de Janeiro. Over two thousand tiles in this 215 steps of art work.

The Metropolitan Cathedral of São Sebastião in Rio de Janeiro stands out among the buildings in the city center. Its appearance and history are unconventional and make it one of the most curious spots in the wonderful city!

The Monastery of São Bento do Rio de Janeiro is a historic monastery located on Morro de São Bento , in the center of the city of Rio de Janeiro , in Brazil . It is one of the main colonial art monuments in the city and the country.

Work on the São Bento Monastery began in 1633 based on a project from 1617, and important modifications and expansions were carried out at the end of the 17th century.

The monastery still functions as such, with one of the most important and traditional educational establishments in Brazil alongside it: the Colégio de São Bento , founded in 1858, which trained a considerable number of Brazilian personalities, such as Pixinguinha , Benjamin Constant , Noel Rosa , Antônio Silva Jardim , Villa-Lobos , among others.

Besides being the Municipal Market, Cadeg is also home to some amazing restaurant providing a true food experience. Here we’ll try some of their famous codfish dumplings and have a nice cold beer. Also we’ll try some of their sweets.
