Rio de Janeiro Trip Overview
If you enjoy flying into the air whilst admiring fantastic views, then this is the tour for you! We invite you to fly over Rio de Janeiro with the paragliding instructors! The paragliding is a sport of flying parachutes with design modifications that allows the parachute canopy to be inflated by movement through the air.
You and the instructor are suspended in a seated harness and the instructor controls the wing via lines attached to the trailing edge of the paraglider.
The instructors take pictures of the 15-minute fly to be given to you at the end of the activity.
The takeoff is from Pedra Bonita, an amazing hill located in the Tijuca National Park. The landing is on the white sands of the São Conrado beach.
