Itinerary
Walking towards the tram station to reach the 17th-century neighbourhood of Santa Teresa crossing over the ancient 42 Lapa arches aqueduct from 1731. The Neighborhood, born as a desire of 2 sisters to become nuns and it developed mostly during the 18th century and until nowadays maintains its bucolic atmosphere. We’ll go by tram to the end of the line, then, we start our walking down along the neighbourhood between shops, typical restaurants and unprecedented views of the Guanabara Bay and downtown from Parque das Ruinas.
