Boteco do Seu França – The place that breathes Rio culture, diversity, gastronomy, dance, music, and affection.

Twin brothers, Rodrigo and Fábio França decided to undertake and open the gastronomic space in the bohemian redoubt of Rio de Janeiro, Lapa. The employability of black people was the motto for the place, which seeks to continue the Afro-Brazilian legacy.

The Boteco & Gafieira Seu França rescues the universe of the gafieira samba dance. The space is a meeting place to sit, chat, listen to good music, and dance. It is also a friendly house for LGBTIQ+ Public.

The success of the bohemian palate ranges from garlic bread with mozzarella and shrimp to the delicious sirloin sandwich and delicious pastéis.

Beco do Rato Samba House.

Beco do Rato is a place of good samba music, culture, beautiful people, personalities, cold beer, and great snacks.
Therefore, it is a place for leisure and gastronomy. A devotee of São Jorge, Márcio, the owner, did a little of everything during his career, but he always knew that his home would be the bar.
The bar initially opened as a drinks warehouse and helped to revitalize the region, close to the famous Escadaria Selarón.

We’ll walk from Seu França until Beco do Rato – 10/15min.
Usually, the Night Program is:

● 18:00 – DJ (Happy hour) ● 21:00 – Samba live music

Entrance Price: R$30,00 per person (Cash only)

• Feijoada, Tradicional Brazilian Stew – Black beans, salted preserved beef, pork ribs, and loin; Smoked sausage and bacon, bay leaves; Diced onions and chopped garlic fried in oil or lard.

• Meat, Chicken or Fish – These are options for those who don’t eat pork.
Either with Feijoada or one of these options, one Caipirinha (Brazilian cocktail), p/p, is included.
