This is one of those churches of Salvador that one must visit even though they are not of the Catholic religion. This church is celebrated every Tuesday a Catholic mass that incorporated some of the elements of African culture, such as singing and dancing.

The House has a collection of about 200 pieces from the Gulf of Benin, collected by French photographer Pierre Verger during his expeditions in Africa.
