São Paulo proudly hosts some of the world’s largest immigrant communities, including Italians, Japanese, Syrian-Lebanese, and more. During our exploration, we’ll uncover the fascinating history of this city, from its first skyscraper in Latin America to the pre-existing Tupi nation and the ancient South American pathways that once crisscrossed these lands.

Our journey will take us through the “new” center and the historic downtown, where we’ll discover the enduring legacies of Jesuits, conquerors, churches, banks, migrants, and immigrants. Along the way, I’ll illustrate how São Paulo has undergone a remarkable transformation over the past century, providing insights into what it’s like to live here today.

Prepare to ascend to the city’s heights, where you’ll be awed by its sheer vastness, only to then dive into its vibrant communities, immersing yourself in a kaleidoscope of colors, scents, and hidden details.

We’ll make a stop to see it’s architecture from outside and discover how the city was getting the biggest metropolis of the Americas in the last 100 years!

We’ll visit the the Church Third Order of São Francisco and the University of Law

Once here we’ll finally talk money! This was the highest skyscraper of Latin America when was built in the 1929 and we’ll be in the historical financial district of Sao Paulo with plenty of banks and fascinating buildings

Impossible to visit Sao Paulo without having a look at this incredible gem of the German Beuron Art School

This example of Art Deco will be an important spot of our path

We’ll make a stop at this Monastery just to appreciate a stunning different architecture very peculiar for the city of Sao Paulo

This as well, once the most important bank of Sao Paulo will be visited from outside

One of the biggest Cathedrals in the world will be our passage to the Japanese neighborhood

Here we’ll be finally at the end of our tour where we I’ll introduce you to the asian area of the city not without showing some secret about this incredible place

If we really wanna understand how the city started, it is more than necessary to make a stop at this place, the old Jesuit Schoolyard of Sao Paulo, where the city was founded in 1554
