It includes a tour of a greenhouse built using the half-timbered technique, with cocoa trees and vanilla trees, including cocoa roasting, conching and refining of chocolate, tempering and molding and packaging. On this tour, you will understand how Nugali chocolate is made, discover and experience the aromas of the ingredients and follow the entire production in a real factory.
